We use this information to be able to sell and deliver the ticket you have ordered, ie. personal information is required to enter into and execute a ticket sales agreement between you and Creative Solutions.

By ordering a ticket at tedxvitosha.com, we sign a ticket sale agreement with you. The primary purpose for which we collect and use the personal information mentioned above is to make this contract possible - including sending tickets to you.
Your contact information can be used by our team in case of changes to certain events or their cancellation. The email address provided to us in the context of the purchase of the ticket when creating your account may be used for direct marketing purposes, in which case the legal grounds for processing would be of legitimate interest under Art. 6, para. 1 (e) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your personal data may also be processed if a public authority needs the cooperation of Advanced Management Consulting in relation to various formal proceedings, including pre-trial, judicial and administrative proceedings, related to consumer claims and disputes, ticket fraud, and more.

Upon your explicit request, the data will be removed from our marketing platforms, but will be stored in the company archive in the event of any legal action or administrative proceedings for a period of 5 years from the date of the event for which you purchased your ticket.

Your personal data may be transferred or made available to various public authorities (investigative and administrative authorities, tax authorities, courts) in connection with official proceedings, including pre-trial and court proceedings and administrative proceedings related to consumer claims and disputes, ticket fraud and others.
